This notice explains how this early-access storefront handles reservations, product questions and customisation enquiries.

What we collect

We save the name, email address, coffee machine, delivery city and product choices you submit. Questions and customisation enquiries also include your message, selected topic or design, and any reference link. We do not collect payment card details or a full delivery address at this stage.

Why we use it

We use your details to review your request and contact you about compatibility, design, pricing and availability. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database for the site owner to review. Hosting providers process this data to operate the service. If email forwarding is enabled, FormSubmit processes the submitted details to send an email notification to the owner; the owner’s email provider stores that notification. We keep your request while discussing or fulfilling it; you may ask us to correct or delete it.

Optional interest analytics

If you allow analytics, we record page categories, design views, bag actions, bundle selections, FAQ openings, video sound activation, form starts and submission errors. A random identifier stored in session storage connects activity within this browser tab; this is not a count of unique people. Tagged campaign links can identify the source, campaign and creative. We do not record form text, your IP address, full referring URLs or advertising identifiers in analytics, and do not send these events to Meta or Google.

With your permission, campaign and session details are attached to a submitted enquiry so we can measure completed reservations. These details remain with that enquiry under its retention policy. Behaviour events are reported for up to 90 days and older events are removed during ongoing collection. Hosting providers may separately process technical logs to deliver and secure the site. You can decline or withdraw using Analytics preferences in the footer. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also disable collection.

Your shopping bag

Your selected products are saved in local storage on your device so your bag remains available when you return. The bag contains product identifiers and quantities, not your contact information. Remove items or clear your browser’s site data to erase it.

Questions or deletion requests

Use our question form and choose “Privacy request”. Include the email address used for the original enquiry. We’ll use it to locate your request and respond.
